This article should discuss what rules to follow and what to be aware of while changing existing pages.

Remember to discuss that page links can both be just a direct link to the page (to the top of the page), or to any specific section within the page (any header formatted section). When changing a text in a header section or removing a header section, you need to make sure that no article is referencing that header directly. There will not be a broken link, but the linking will not jump to directly to the relevant section.
